Department managers
Perform the duties of:

  • Overall coordination
  • Service coordination
  • Allocation of human and material resources
  • Quality control of individual activities

Project managers
These manage orders using operational staff (designers, analysts and systems analysts)

Control functions personnel use “CIS” computer program developed in house to check the progress of orders and cost accounting.
