Sidercad Spa continuously confirms the commitments and ethical responsibilities which must guide the conduct of the business and corporate activities of all of those who have with it relationships of any kind whatsoever.

In order to achieve its targets, Sidercad Spa bases its activity on values which are shared by all of those who operate within its global structure.

The Code of Ethics is a component of the internal audit system; respecting the code ensures compliance with the rules that require Sidercad Spa to adopt management systems capable of preventing the commission of certain irregularities or offences by corporate representatives which are forbidden by the regulations, specifically Legislative Decree n. 231/2001.

The Code of Ethics was reviewed by a resolution passed by the Board of Directors on 16 October 2012.
