Particularly:

Superintendents in Engineering and Information Technology fields perform the duties of:

  • overall coordination
  • coordination of service
  • allocation of human and material resources
  • quality control of individual activities
  • management of internal information system

Project managers

  • these manage and carry out orders using operational staff (designers, analysts and system analysts);     two-third are engineers and one-third graduates.

Control functions personnel

  • these use “CIS” computer program developed in house to check the progress of orders and cost accounting
