Particularly:
Superintendents in Engineering and Information Technology fields perform the duties of:
- overall coordination
- coordination of service
- allocation of human and material resources
- quality control of individual activities
- management of internal information system
Project managers
- these manage and carry out orders using operational staff (designers, analysts and system analysts); two-third are engineers and one-third graduates.
Control functions personnel
- these use “CIS” computer program developed in house to check the progress of orders and cost accounting
